Ms. Jennifer Chong is a partner of the firm. She graduated from the City University of Hong Kong (Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws) and the University of Manchester (Master of Laws in International Business), and was admitted to practice law in Hong Kong since 2007. Jennifer specializes in brand protection and enforcement actions in relation to intellectual property rights (including trade mark, patent, design, copyright and passing off). Apart from handling Hong Kong, PRC and foreign trade mark prosecutions, Jennifer also has considerable experience in handling IP civil litigation and representing clients in attending hearings and trials at Hong Kong Courts. Jennifer also handles commercial IP matters, including drafting and advising on assignments, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements ,etc.
